    COFAR welcomes new members in our continuing efforts on behalf of persons with mental retardation and their families. 

     As a COFAR member, you can help us make a difference in the lives of thousands of the state's most vulnerable citizens.  Members are entitled to receive monthly editions of The COFAR Voice.  Our newsletter has provided comprehensive coverage of the federal court litigation and DMR budget issues, and has included a wide range of interesting photos and feature articles.
