I take back what I just posted about nothing going on now. The threatened cuts in services to day and respite programs will cause an extremely serious problem for families and friends and caregivers of the DD community. Without these programs, too many people will be stuck inside all day, with nothing to do, and there will be no relief provided for their caregivers, who are often aged family members.
